pic.cards provides software for scanning business cards, extracting contact details, organizing records, sharing digital cards, and exporting contact data.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes.

You keep ownership of the business card images, contact records, notes, and other content you upload or create in your workspace.

You grant pic.cards the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, back up, and support that content for the service.

You are responsible for having the rights and notices required to upload, store, export, or share contact information through pic.cards.

Do not use pic.cards to upload unlawful content, send spam, scrape third-party services, bypass security controls, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with other customers.

We may suspend access where needed to protect the service, customers, or legal compliance.

Free and paid plan details are shown on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions are subject to the plan limits, renewal terms, and checkout terms shown when billing is enabled.

During launch review, paid subscriptions may be unavailable or handled manually until recurring billing is approved for production use.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to give reasonable notice when a material change affects active customers.

The service is provided without warranties except where required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, pic.cards is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

If there is a conflict between these terms and a signed customer agreement, the signed agreement controls for that customer.
